PhD student dissertation advisor in the Department of Instructional Psychology and Technology; topic: “An examination of the effects of scale and interpretative invariance on the estimation of ability and growth.”


Post Doctoral Position on Measurement Theory, Provo, Utah Jan. 1999 - Dec. 1999
Analyzed the J-curve effect of implementation on performance-based learning/productivity curves. Identified the Representation Theorem and initiated application in the area of domain theory and performance measurement. Analyzed axioms required by the Representation Theorem. Applied measurement theory to business and education. Developed critical theories with BYU mathematicians regarding additive conjoint measurement.
